1. Copyright Notice

The original content of the Service — including but not limited to its user interface, visual design, source code, and branding — is owned by theBlankTape, Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Third-party product images displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective owners. theBlankTape displays such images solely for the purpose of search indexing and product discovery.

2. DMCA Takedown Process

If you believe that content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice. Your notice must include the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or specific location on the Service where the infringing material is found.
  • Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled in error or as a result of a misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared on the Service.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which theBlankTape may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, theBlankTape maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Fair Use

theBlankTape displays third-party fashion images for the purposes of search indexing and product discovery. We believe this use constitutes fair use under Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act, as it is transformative in nature — organizing and indexing publicly available fashion content to help users discover products and ideas. theBlankTape does not claim ownership of any third-party images and links back to the original sources wherever possible.

6. Trademarks

The theBlankTape name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of theBlankTape, Inc.. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other brand names, product names, and trademarks appearing on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with theBlankTape.
